A vintage Art Deco pressed glass pickle jar, complete with its chrome stand and serving fork. The clean geometry of the glass, paired with the functional metal frame, reflects the streamlined aesthetic of the period.
Suspended within a fitted stand, the design allows for practical serving, with the accompanying fork enabling ease of use while minimising drips.

Ottolenghi Cucumber Pickle Recipe
| 350ml | white wine vinegar |
| 1 tsp | coriander seeds |
| ½ tsp | yellow mustard seeds |
| 175g | caster sugar |
| 1 tsp | chilli flakes |
| ¾ tsp | black peppercorns |
| 10g | dill |
| 1 | shallot, peeled and thinly sliced in rounds |
| 500g | persian or baby cucumbers, sliced in ½ cm rounds |
Cucumber pickle
Place the first 6 ingredients in a saucepan with 100ml of water and 10g of salt. Bring to the boil on a high heat and set aside to cool. Add the dill, shallot and cucumbers to the jar and pour in the pickling liquid. Set aside to pickle for a least one hour or overnight before using.
